These terms are an agreement between you and Aljundi Lab Corporation ("we", "us"), an Ontario corporation, covering your use of the Super Siblings mobile app. By creating an account you accept them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The account holder is always an adult — a parent, guardian or carer. Children use the app under your supervision and responsibility, and never hold accounts of their own.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including activities your children start using your device.
Super Siblings suggests play activities for siblings, written so that an older child can lead a younger one through them. It is a source of ideas.
Activities are screened against age floors, choking-hazard rules and the allergies you tell us about. Those checks reduce risk. They cannot eliminate it, and they depend entirely on the accuracy of what you enter.
You agree that you will:
If an activity strikes you as unsafe, do not do it — and please tell us at eng.mulhamjundi@gmail.com so we can remove or fix it. We take that seriously and we would rather hear about it.
Super Siblings offers a 21-day free trial that does not require a payment method. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription:
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless your app store displays otherwise, and exclude taxes where applicable.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. That has some consequences:
We may change prices. If we do, we will give you notice in the app before the change affects you, and it will never apply to a period you have already paid for.
Your children's names, ages and preferences stay on your device — see the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of anything you enter. You can delete your account, and everything we hold with it, from Settings → Account at any time.
Please do not:
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
The app, its activity content, illustrations and the Super Siblings name belong to Aljundi Lab Corporation. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them within your household. It transfers no ownership.
Super Siblings is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any activity will suit your particular children.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with Super Siblings is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $100.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the app or your breach of these terms. This does not apply to claims caused by our own negligence or breach.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before taking effect. You may stop using Super Siblings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or discontinue the app entirely — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid, unused subscription period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence where consumer law gives you that right.
